T-DRILL S-54 with Manual Feed Table
T-DRILL S-54 Tube branching machine can be equipped with Manual or
Automatic Feed table (MFT/AFT) that can produce header pipe with ten 8 mm
outlets in a minute!
The new MFT is the very user friendly, safe and
ergonomic. The standard versions are for 1500, 2500, 3500 and 4500 mm long
tubes. Also tailored feed table sizes are possible for up to 6,5 m long tubes.
In some cases, it is possible to handle complex bent tubes, too.
The tooling for holding the tube depends on the tube end; different tooling
for open and closed tube end.
With the MFT it is possible to make the positioning of collars on the whole
tube length by using three selectable pre-drilled templates or using the
pneumatic brake by foot pedal. As an option there is a digital positioning
device with a display.
The tube can be rotated at standard intervals of 15 deg. Any degree interval
is possible through the use of a different template. It is easy and quick to
change templates when needed.
