T-DRILL machinery is used in wide range of application either with standard machine or with specially designed machinery.
AEROSPACE
The T-110 is perfect for the high quality but lower volume requirements for producing duct work in the aerospace industry. Used in a variety of aircraft from fighter jets to commercial aircraft, it provides for a single station operation that greatly reduces material handling.
Typical application usage can be oxygen lines, electrical cable channels etc.
IPC - Internal Punching Machine
There are cases when wall thickness of pipes is too heavy for traditional collaring method. With those cases Internal Punching provides often solution. T-DRILL has developed such a machine and it has been used with special materials like ASTM A312 S31254. That is used with Reverse Osmosis system to make drinking water from Sea water. It needs to be highly corrosion resistant and that made it very challenging matter to make collars. Internal Punching was the only way to handle it.
